I dropped off my car on a Friday and was told they'll need the car on Saturday also. No problem. However, Saturday comes and no update. I call around 3ish to ask for an update and was told my advisor was not in and I would get a call back for an update. No update. Monday comes and the car is ready. I got picked up which was scheduled by my advisor. However, when I arrived, i didnt see my advisor. I assumed he was helping someone else. No problem. i ask for him and was told he was not in at the moment. So I never saw my advisor after the initial drop off of my car. It would have been a better experience if I at least got a heads up that Saturday, he wouldnt be in and to expect an update from someone else (which i didnt get anyways) and that Monday, when I arrive he won't be there and to just ask another team member for my car. Ive been to many hondas and my advisor maintains good communication with me.
