Had a 12:00 appointment, was told the car would be done in 2 hours. I decided to stay. Car wasn’t ready In the 2 hours, at hour 3 it wasn’t ready. At hour 4 (that’s 4pm) the time it was promised ready it still wasn’t ready. At about 5:10pm the advisor gave me my receipt and said it should be out soon. I didn’t receive my car until 6:08pm. I sat in the dealership for over 6 hours only because I was told it would be 2 hours. I watched walk ins leave before me with an appointment. Makes no sense. I’ve never been left with idea of how long I’m going to be waiting. I didn’t leave after the 2nd hour because I kept being told it should be done soon and I didn’t want my car sitting if it was finished. Over 6 hours wasted just waiting. If I were to be told it was going to be 4-6 hours I would’ve went home and took care of business. I’m not happy with todays service. I don’t appreciate other cars getting ahead of me when I had an appointment (these were cars with no appointments, I know because I spoke to many people in my 6 hour wait).

I find it concerning about a specific repair that I have done in the past. Regarding a Rear main seal that were found as an issue. After my oil change as of 4/20/23. I've had fixed that part before which approximately around spring '22 which cost me around $2200. However after my service as of this day. I was told that the same issue might be a potential problem again and it gave me an estimate of $2025. I just hope it can be covered since I just had invested $2200 not so long ago.
