It was my first time getting my car serviced at this location. Oscar responded to all of my questions. My car was ready at the time I was told it would be ready. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I was greeted by other employees. I went to parts dept and purchased an item. They were very helpful.

Nice guy but you don’t call someone and greet them with, “hey, this is Evan”. That was bad from the start. Also, I had to call at 4pm to ask for status on my car and it was taken in at 8am, then knowing that they were going to to keep the car for a few days he should have arranged for a rental car. At the time i called he said “it was too late for approval”. Not good so I took my car back since that is my only vehicle and will have to take it again when the part comes in
