Ms.Canales was prompt and I sensed she was speaking truth in saying that the computer might of just had a glitch and that was why the radio screen
did not come up and felt that a diagnostic check wouldn’t duplicate the issue but she did check the battery to make sure that the battery was OK it’s just part of trusting the maintenance department.
