I usually go to Honda World but Cerritos had openings available. Worse thing I could have done! A two hour service quote ended up taking 4 hours. What is the point of making appointments if the service is not starting at the appointment time??? Then to top it off, my advisor takes off to lunch without informing me of my car status. Horrible service!!! Then to add insult to injury, your dealership no longer does courtesy car washes. Never again!!! Don’t call me to ask how you can improve service because there is not a damn thing that can be done, you already **** up. You can’t make my future experience better since I will never be going back. I will drive 100 miles out of the way to avoid ever coming back to Cerritos.

Also inquired if complimentary car wash was reinstated and was told ‘No because cars get scratched’. The reason I was given over the last 3 years was because of covid. If cars get scratched, how are new cars prepped for sale?
