Well when I came in last time 4/27 I got an estimate for the brake fluid exchange and engine filter and it all cost 144 and change whatever I paid today, but when I came in I was given a much higher estimate. I also don't like no one discusses the multi point inspection Form with me because I double checked that for the estimate today which I requested to be done 4/27 and noticed my brake pads etc were low. I don't understand the tread on tires but was told I'd need all 4 replaced which is not true based on my multi point inspection Form. I honestly just feel dealerships are getting to squeeze every last penny out of a person by offering things they don't need and it's really tacky for the car sales guy to come ask if anyone wants to trade in or get a new car while you're waiting for it to get service.

The whole experience of using Sunbit was just not worth it. I ended up having to use a rental for two days unexpectedly and I had to leave work early twice for this inconvenience. I know they had to take apart the front of my car for the AC issue when I went to get my carseat. I wasn't expecting my dual charger to go missing though. I searched my glove compartment, under the seats and nothing. The power outlet was even closed so I know someone at Honda moved it and/or took it. I usually go to Cerritos for my car maintenance, except once, but now I feel like I should go to the LA Honda and save myself the time, money and stress I experienced for this service.
