Mike was very kind and professional. He gave me the appropriate recommendations for my vehicle, despite my not choosing to follow through with that service at this time. I asked to work with Mike this time because I appreciated the way he treated me during a prior service last December. He simply states the truth about my vehicle and has never tried to push a sale on me. This is WHY I want to work with him. I will eventually get the service done because I trust Mike.

Overall experience: 0/10 1. Reminder call: service call rep called me three times to remind of the same appointment. I missed the first phone call and a voice message of my appointment details were left. Second call came in and I answered and confirmed. Same call rep called a third time as if she was calling me for the first time and relaying repetitive information. Would be helpful if the staff was more attentive to her job and not waste her time and my time on reaching me three times due to her lack of focus on her job. 2. Service call rep: I called the service phone line to be connected to my service rep. He was not available and the call rep told me that she will leave the message that I have called and about to hang up. Not sure how she can leave a message when I didnt leave my name nor number nor message. Upon pointing this out, she was rude, curt, and left an unsatisfactory experience. I did not want to call back if I needed to due to her lack of basic phone calling skills and common courtesy. Name of call rep: Alejandra from Norm Reeves Cerritos. 3. Once service was all done, I noticed the maintenance sign pop up again after arriving home. It was not reset by the service technician and when I contacted the service rep for help, he said to check the manual. A more detailed steps on how to reset it and what to reset on the options showing up would be helpful. This was an inconvenience due to the negligence of the service technician, and the service rep could have been more empathetic and helpful, not just refer me to the manual. I come to the dealer expecting a supportive guidance and expert advice; if I need to refer to the manual for assistance I need, why would I have to spend my time and money on the dealer service team? I commit to a higher spending at the dealer for their expert service, but if this kind of experience continues, I rather go to a private service shop where there is more contact time and personalized help from the shop staff at a more cost effective method. Disappointed on all the honda norma reeves service team that helped me out today.

My vehicle was there since march 20, 2023 for major repairs. Yesterday april 28,2023 I took my vehicle out because for MORE THAN A MONTH nothing was done!!! I ENDED UP just paying almost $400 of diagnostic test.. and my car rental ending… horrible experience! HORRIBLE!
