Upon arriving at Norm Reeves, I waited over 5 minutes before anyone came and asked me if I had an appointment or not. After speaking with someone, it a little over one minute to speak with someone else to get my car serviced. Everyone was very professional though. Usually when I come, there’s about 3 to 5 people, standing around a check in cart, talking for several mins before someone comes and ask questions.
