Greetings:
On May 4, 2023, I attended my appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am. I received the multi-point vehicle Inspection Report several hours after I left the service department. I called the service department on the same day to contact the service advisor, Evan Romano, so as to receive information on the Found Issues. The service advisor did not return my call so today at 4:00pm, I called again to receive more information and request that the dealership’s service manager call me. The service advisor called and left his name only. I am requesting a call from the dealership’s service manager.

My car was damaged on the drivers mirror and Javier, the tech who attended me for my appt said it was already there MIND YOU the paper where the person that evaluates dents and scratches on the car was never shown nor signed by me. HE REFUSED to fix it it. TGIS IS THE WORST because he then said "you alreafy left that means it could hqve happened while u left" DISHONEST WORK and makes HONDA LOOK dishonestvas well. called left voice message for Service Dept manager with call bk number HE NEVER CALLED BACK.

My technician texted me to pick up my car by 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:07 and he was not here. Someone else checked me out and the coupon I handed my technician was not attached to the paperwork and the price did it reflect the discount he quoted me. The other tech kindly still adjusted the price. I paid for a multipoint inspection and the results we missing from my paperwork. The following day he texted it to me. It was not the impressive service I am used to at Norm Reeves Honda.

Just wanted to say thank you for your professionalism. I appreciate your help and support.
Just a suggestion, please give your check in guys list of customers with appointment.
He made me feel that I was lying and that was not nice.
I have a few businesses and so I needed to clear spaces on my phone that's why I deleted text messages of my appointment.
I understand that your check in guys has to ask if I have an appointment but he should not make unnecessary comments when I told him that I have deleted the appointment confirmation on my text messages because I needed to save space on my phone.
If your check in guys have a list of customers with appointment, then my experience with him would have been more pleasant.
I didn't like that your check in guy was telling me not to delete messages on my phone, he even mentioned that I shouldn't do that and continued with an example of an reservation with the restaurant which is totally different with my appointment with Honda service center. He then said that I have to tell him if I don't have an appointment. The guy was indirectly telling me that I wasn't telling the truth. That's an insult! What a sad experience!
I bought my 2019 Honda pilot from your dealership and always bring it to your dealership for service and maintenance. I know the drill and so I always called for an appointment.
I remembered that I have forwarded the appointment confirmation text message to my wife. It's good that she hasn't deleted it yet. Attached is a copy of my appointment for service maintenance today.
I also attached copy of my business card so that your check in guy would believe me when I said that I needed to delete messages on my phone to save space because I needed it for my businesses.
On the other note, please correct my email address on your file. It's not right at the moment. Here's the correct email address
I hope that you can keep your words when I asked you how long is the wait until the service maintenance of my vehicle is done. You've said in 1 and half hour, 2 hours max. I have other appointment to catch after my ride is done with the maintenance.
