This is the second time in a row that my car has had issues immediately after being serviced at this location. Last time in September less than 48 hours later my car battery died. I was never notified that it needed to be replaced and my paperwork said it was tested. Today 15 mins after leaving my tire pressure light came on saying it was low. To which I filled it up with air myself and the light came back on a few hours later. My paperwork says the tires were checked and I was not made aware of there being a nail or leak. . In addition though, I was not notified that my car has parts that need immediate attention until hours after I picked up my car. So I’m not sure which department both of these instances pertain too but I just want to let you know that I made work arrangements to have my car serviced in one day but know I have to make additional arrangements within the next few weeks to bring it back.

Only complaint was my appointment was at 11:am and I was told that service was behind schedule 2-3 hours. If I was a walk-in I understand the delay but I made the appointment online. Waiting 3.5 hours is unacceptable. I don’t blame the people working at the customer service desk or the mechanic who worked on my car. Management is at fault. Don’t overbook appointments or at least give priority to people who went through the process of making appointment on line. Car service with the mechanic was good and as far as I can tell everything okay with my Civic.
