The absolute worst experience with Manny Ruben and Mike Vazquez wouldn’t answer phone calls or return voice messages. Had the receptionist relay messages that was not accurate. Told me my vehicle was ready gif pick up but wouldn’t confirm if all state paid the correct amount. My adjuster called numerous times also. Mike Vasquez lied to me telling me his supervisor had left for the day while standing right in front of him. Mike Mollen told me that to pay my bill to get my suv which I knew but was told by the receptionist is was ready. Felt like my concern was swept under the rug. Spoke to Kevin Harris which I feel like it went in one ear out the other to cover up for the rude remarks snd disrespect. I had an item stole from my vehicle and seems like no body cares. He asked me if I would go back to this location. Never. No way. Oscar was great. But yelp explains a lot when the people have problems with the same people. Do better.
