Johnathan was cordial, respectful and prompt. I have not always been satisfied with Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. Bad experience with Sales force which is the reason we bought in West Covina. Please keep people like Jonathan and I’ll be a lifetime customer.

I took my vehicle in today to get 2 issues fixed and after having the vehicle for 8hours all they resolved was 1 small issue that should have taking 30 minutes to 1hour. I call several times to get a status because of lack of communication by the service person
I had to go on my own to discover my car parked with key fob in it. Where anyone could walk up and drive away with it. I also discussed with service person about installing roof rails and racks. He said that they had them and would install them. That was also not done today. I have always purchased Toyota and there service department has always been excellent. This the first time I purchased a Honda and I'm very disappointed in your service department.
