Joseph went beyond the bare minimum. I had an issue that the technicians weren’t able to find but Joseph took it upon himself to see if he could find it and he did. I wasn’t expecting him to do it himself but I’m glad he was the one that helped me. By far he will be the service advisor I contact for my vehicle needs. He was professional and very friendly during my visit. Also what matters more to me he was very communicative throughout the process which other service advisors couldn’t do. I suggest moving that guy up because he’s doing a great job!
