The service was efficient. The last time I had an oil change, it I meant to get my parts replaced then, but couldn’t be without my vehicle the next day. Today reassured me knowing that I can still use my car tomorrow, since I have a busy work schedule.

The left side of my car tires were rotated, which I don’t understand because when you rotate tires rotate off for. When I left, I had tire pressure low. I called the service manager and he says to walk me through resetting the tire pressure gauge. I’m not too satisfied with the service.

My last service was an absolute nightmare. They charged me almost $2,000 for my service so I expected them to do a quality job. Instead, while changing my cabin air filters, they broke my glove box. Supposedly, a new glove box was put on a rush order, but it’s been 7 weeks, when they promised a few weeks at the most to get this fixed. During this time, no one in service is calling me back to give me updates. I called 4 times and even went to speak to Ruben in person, but got no resolution. I’m regretting bringing my car there because now my car is worse off than before I spent the $2,000. My glove compartment can’t lock so I can’t really drop it off for valet or anything. The disappointing thing is despite numerous calls and messages, no one is following up with me to get this fixed. As a long time customer, this is absolutely shocking and frustrating.

I was very disappointed in my overall experience. I had originally brought my car in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement on June 5th. When I got my car back, my driver side door handle was loose and did not function like it did when I brought my car in. On this last visit on Wed, June 13th, I brought my care back to service dept. Michael Barr, tried to appease me by having my care “looked at by a tech” to later tell me that it was “age related ware”. I know my car and door handles are usually more resilient to wear, especially since my car has 100k miles on it and I take great care of it. As of now, I will no longer, ever consider Norm Reeves a location for my business of any kind. Respectfully, Juan Antonio V
