I presented a coupon and was told that there was a better coupon that would be applied to my order. When I went to pick up the car no coupon was applied and was told that Trevor was gone for the day and they couldnt confirm. So I just accepted paying full price. I did not receive a report for my car nor told there was an issue. Today I got a text saying that I need to have a service done for the breaks. I could have left the car there to get it done. Now I have to bring it back? Or take it somewhere else all together. I was also told the car would be done at 1pm. It wasnt done until 2:45. Not a huge deal but still dont over promise and under deliver.
