Similar to the previous experience, Mr. Ortega went above and beyond proving great customer service. I had reached him during the week for a last minute booking for that same weekend and he was able to squeeze me in on a last minute opening. I was running late for the appointment the day of and he was very understanding.
When I checked in my vehicle with him he explained the process of having my vehicle serviced, as it was the first time I was taking in my new vehicle. He explained why the wait time would be long, which I didn’t mind at all for the type of maintenance service my vehicle was going to be having. Once my vehicle was done being serviced, Mr. Ortega explained in detail the Multi Point Inspection report, which was very helpful for the first time taking in the vehicle. I am thankful, Mr. Ortega was available for the first vehicle maintenance service on my new vehicle.
