I called Last weeek to make sure parts were available and today they did not have the parts. It was complete waste of my time getting up at 6:30am and driving 60 mile for no reason. I will buy my next honda somewhere else.

I didn't get a clear explanation of the repairs that needed to be done, which made it difficult for me to make an informed decision. Also, the pricing ended up being a lot higher than what I anticipated spending. Finally, although Manny informed me my car was going to be ready in 30-40 minutes and that Bryan would be getting me the paperwork and keys, I didn't hear from anyone when my car was actually ready, leaving me to sit in the waiting area until 6:00 closing time, when I finally asked someone about my car and it was already done.
