I requested to have my brake fluids checked during the service. If it needed changing I would have it done. For some reason the Service person did not notify me until my car was pulled up ready for pickup that the brake fluid needed changing. In addition one of the filters needed to be installed in the glove compartment, but I wasn’t notified until I was in my car and ready to leave. I was informed that I had a nail in my tire which could not be repaired. I eventually left, had my tire repaired since it was under warrant. Now I will have to schedule an appoint to get the brake fluid changed and wheels aligned.

I was under the impression that the service would take at least 2hrs, but I was informed that as it was just a routine maintainance it would be done in 1 hr. So although I was planning to go somewhere before I thought I'll just wait as it will not take long. So, after waiting in the lobby for 1 hr and 15mins when I asked about the status, I was socked to find that they hadn't even STARTED!!! AGAIN I WAS ASKED TO WAIT 15MORE MINS AND IN TOTAL IT TOOK THEM 2HRS AND 30 MINS!!! I don't care if it takes time, but at least have the decency to give an accurate estimate. I wasted so much time there. Also, I don't know why the dude was in so much hurry(does he need to meet a daily quoata or what) but he didn't ask about car condition and issues at all!! Then he has the gall to tell me later that I should have described the issues before hand!!! I was really dissatisfied this time.
