I had to call 3x’s and left multiple messages before my advisor called back. I was told the issue was one thing and then got a call back 15 mins later and was told it was not that and probably something else and I should change out my struts or baring and then have the car reinspected, so to me that sounds like they are not sure. As I was driving home my tire pressure light turned on and my paper says they filled the tires to the standard levels. I have never had this type of experience there.

Dispute over bill. Charged for repairs for a condition created by a previous service call. Was told that it would be covered under warranty and then asked to pay. I will be seeking a legal discourse should representative from American Honda (Mike Monell) is unable to resolve by 6/6/23.
Your practice of making up issues to a rather new vehicle is deceptive and requires an investigation. I will share my experience on social media and any other outlet until I feel treated fairly and just,
