Oscar was professional and super helpful in the process of getting my car maintenance done! It was my first time and he was informative every step of the way, and pointed stuff out that I didn’t know needed to be checked. Overall, I am happy with how quick and easy getting my car done here and having Oscar help me out.

Not sure if I will take my car back due to the lack of trust. I don't appreciate being told and charge for a serve and then not being done, as it happened on this occasion. Or being told that other services are needed when they have just been done in prior occasions. My level of trust in your service department has definitely decline and it's worth questioning!!!

Ruben Martinez is the only person I will go to for assistance with my car. I was already moody when I went to drop off my car and he managed to relax me. The way he communicated with me was so professional and relaxed. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push anything on me. He talked to me about services my car would need in the future and promotions that could potential help. Ruben going over promotions is EXACTLY what made me feel like I wasn’t being targeted or scammed to spend an outrageous amount of money. I wasn’t going to go back to Honda to get my car serviced after two TERRIBLE experiences, but I scheduled my future maintenance already, but I informed Ruben that I ONLY want him to be my service advisor. I REFUSE to leave my car with any other service advisor. If he isn’t already, he should be the one to train incoming service advisors because his customer service was PHENOMENAL and I truly mean that. Ruben if this gets to you, know that I have literally hated every encounter I’ve had at this service center. Every single one of them, but YOU are there providing the best experience possible while still making sales for the company. THAT is what makes an ideal employee. I am willing to be patient and pay the extra cash just because he made this experience so painless. Kudos to you Ruben. BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE. Also referring my parents to you when it’s time for their Honda truck to get serviced.
