Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos Auto Repair Service

Today was the worst experience I ever had at this location. Not sure why all of the service providers went to lunch at the same time but you guys had customers wonder around looking for anyone to help. The one guy who was there was even rude to the valet guy who was only trying to help. When one of the service providers did come back I was in his area and when he found out i wasn't his or his partners customer, he rudely told me to move. Finally I asked for a manager and happened to run into Tom one of the leads and he reluctantly helped me. Unfortunately i was told the manager was too bust for me so I never got to speak to him but Michael Vasquez I blame you for this poor management of this staff that had me unsatisfied with this Service Department today. The customer service has declined since COVID with them cutting out some amenities but today just took the cake for the worst customer service from ever angle except the valet guys. I even called the Service Department to inquire about the shuttle and HiYa (?) left me on hold for 7 minutes only to not answer my question about if the shuttle was running and what the pick up location was. She asked for all of my information just to ultimately tell me nothing. Worst experience ever. Unfortunately I've been spending my money here for at least 13 years now but looks like I won't be purchasing another car from here if this continues.
