Steve did an outstanding job. I always ask for him because he listens what I need done to my 2018 Odyssey. He keeps me well informed about the process and progress of the repair.
One thing that I wish you had back is the Shuttle Service to get customer’s back home. I understand that it was eliminated because of Covid 19, but that’s over now. Plus you’ve eliminated the coffee machine & donuts from the Customer Lobby. I took my car to David McDavid Honda of Frisco when I was in Texas in my other home last year. The service was excellent, like Norm Reeves Honda’s, but the Lobby was amazing. Coffee machine with a variety of coffee drinks. Donuts and several televisions on different channels. Anyways, I would love for you to reconsider those 2 requests.
