This morning Joseph did another excellent service again, he kept the promose to complete the service in time, and very patiently (smile as well) to share with us the recommended works and alternate/ deferring options. Joseph surely is a valuable staff to keep and soon be ready for a higher position.
However we did miss the traditional free coffee and danish served at the waiting lounge very much and wish to have these perks back on our next visit.

Maybe the guy I had was having a bad day, but he was very dismissive when I talked about the issues I had with my car. Didn’t even want to listen to the sounds my car is making. Told me that my car was fine but it doesn’t sound like my car is. I wish I could get an explication as to why my car makes that noise but I guess I have to go somewhere else. I can not wait until my lease it’ll over

I would appreciate training certain staff members about customer service instead of being short and bothered with answering questions. Julie Canales was by far the worst employee I’ve encountered. I’ve been coming to this Honda location for 10 years and never experienced such bad service. It made me feel uncomfortable with asking questions. I’m not sure if she had a bad morning but it doesn’t justify how she made me feel. I work in retail so I know what customer service is. I hope I don’t have her for my next maintenance.

The service manager Ruben has given great customer service. Keeping me updated and letting me know if there are any discounts. Letting me know what my car needs without pushing me to get it done right away. As a customer he makes me feel relaxed and not stressed out when it comes to high prices.

This is my second time working with Mr. Joseph Vargas, he is very professional, he is intentional when speaking to the customer, he explains everything so well and detailed, he is polite and takes into consideration the customers questions, time, and requests. He let me know immediately when my car was done and ready. Mr. Vargas knows what he is talking about! He was honest about a discount that I had requested. I was very satisfied with how Mr. Vargas provided exceptional customer service. Sadly, this had not been in the case in prior services with other employees, they were not as professional as Mr. Vargas. Norms Reeves Honda of Cerritos need more employees like Mr. Vargas! Thank you for quality customer services Mr. Vargas!
