No one called me that my car was ready, I called at 5:30 checking on progress. I was told that my service advisor left for the day and no one else was answering. I had to rush to pick up my car because I had work next morning, I barely made it 2 minutes before 6pm and lights were closed and everything. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I didn’t receive the report that there was an item that needed immediate attention (brake fluid change) until after I had already picked up my car. It will now be an extra hassle to bring the car back.
