The guy was trying to tell me I had a nail in my trial trying to charge 180+$ additional to my 100$ oil change when I declined and decided to check at a tire shop there was no mail in the tire. Also they took almost 3 hour to finish my car and when I got there it was sitting there and when I told them they said they had been calling me but I didn't receive any messages or calls or alerts. I told my father who then decided to call and left a message for a supervisor and still has not heard back. I told them I was going to a trip to Vegas and they were also suppose to rotate my tires and didn’t because of the “nail in the right rear tire” I have the document they gave me stating so as well. Hopefully I get a response back soon. Ruben helped me the right corner desk outside.

I hope that you respect those customers with appointments over those without appointments. The last time I scheduled an appointment at Norm Reeves I spent almost an hour over my scheduled appointment time to get checked in.
