There was no attempt of any type of customer service by the person that checked me in. The entire experience was dry. No type of communication was offered after my vehicle was returned to me. Just a bill. I arrived at 8am and was given a phone call at 838am being told it was just an oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. Gave me a 2 hour estimate. I waited until approximately 130pm at the dealership. There was no follow up phone calls. No messages stating it would take 5 hours. Overall a horrible experience with even worse communication on Hondas part. Would absolutely not recommend this place for services.
