We were told we would have to pay for diagnostic and if the parts were faulty they would be covered and diagnostic would be waived. This was not true. We were charged $431.
Norm Reeves kept car for 3 days because Joseph Vargas said he was waiting for manager to approve “Goodwill Assistance”. This was suppose to happen Friday, Then Saturday and then it could take 5 days. The advisor was poor in communicating. You can check the texts correspondence we had. I am not happy that we were charged for AC which was not completely fixed.
I tried calling Service Manager but they were not available. I will be calling on Monday and I will also call Honda Motor Company.
