Service while I was there was good, however once I made it home the tire pressure light came on and now I have to go somewhere else due to it being the weekend to get my tire pressure checked.

After picking up my car I read a msg stating addl work was needed on my car. I sent back a msg asking what was needed since I had thought everything had been taken care of. I recd no reply. On 6-29 I called Norm Reeves & spoke to Erica. She stated she would leave a msg for Jonathon to call me back. I have not received a call back from anyone. I did not decline any repairs. Jonathan told me he had found a discount for me since I had initially asked for any discounts that I qualified for.

Overall not a very good experience. I felt that using a coupon (that you sent me directly) turned him off from wanting to explain the seriousness of the recommendations that came from the multi point inspection. His texts were unprofessional and he stopped answering me all together. I called and spoke to another service representative, Anthony, who was very kind and apologetic and also offered to help. I have bought both my civics from you and I expect a little more. He also did not offer the financing options you offer.
