Ms. Julie is always response promptly and the problem with my car is not her. I do not know whether Honda and/or dealership are not supporting its after sales service anymore since my kart come after 47 days, even worse my BCM chip that waiting period is one year.

I had an appointment for 12:45. When I arrived they said I wouldn't get my car for 2:30 hours. Then it actually took 3.5 hours! When the service was finished there was no walk through just having me pay and push me out. Then once I was on the road, the low tire pressure sign came on! That was not an issue before heading to the dealership so it was caused by Norm Reeve Honda and the least they could do was fill up my tires.
