Anthony is such a personal guy. He was pleasant to work with and he is a very good communicator. I would definitely work with Anthony in the future.

the service tech and the service rep was very good in doing their best to help provide the service. my only despair is the duration of service, it took 5 hours to do an oil change and to replace the tires, i even made an appointment, i thought that it would be a first come first served basis, seems like the scheduling needs to be modified

Bad, bad, bad every time is the same thing. We were at Toyota dealer we were so happy because they make you feel you are the one who paying for the service but we have 5 years at Honda and also my son. Honda workers Make you feel like you’re begging for service they don’t know how hard is to earned the money we expended. All I need is Honda make their job. For an oil change take them 4 hours. If I do it in 15 minutes and I am not mechanic. And when the car is ready they take 30 to posted in the computer. I am a computer tech for me to close any deals is like 5 minutes. I know the person send this is the one bad worker and he is the first who read this. But you will take the time to read the his note. Work dude

Miguel was amazing however, I am having an issue with my vehicle. My tires are not balanced correctly and my air pressure is extremely low in my right tire and I driving to Monrovia and had to pull over because the vehicle was wobbling. This is not miguel‘s fault. He was extremely courteous and kind and helpful. However, I am concerned that my tire pressure was not checked after being rotated.
