I received my vehicle and when I was driving it the Apple car play was not working or charging my phone. Not sure what they did but now I’m going to have to take the car back

It took 3.5 hours to replace a key fob. I made an appointment. Your response "come when we first open". Why would you have appointments then? Then my new key fob came back looking like a bag of **** because you jabbed at it with a screw driver. Awful. I am amazed you do the volume of cars you do with such atrocious service. You guys ****

I called numerous times for an update on my vehicle as I dropped it off at 9 am. My calls were never returned by Manny. I only got a text message when it was ready at 4:15, with only an A12 service completed and 1 of the 2 recalls complete. He couldn’t tell me if both recalls could be performed when I dropped it off, and the service desk couldn’t give me an update on the vehicle.
Someone calling me a week later is not necessary. I needed a call back to know how to proceed with my day yesterday without a vehicle. Leaving a vehicle for hours upon hours with no communication or call back or estimated time is unacceptable. In the future, communication needs to be better. If it was going to take all day, a courtesy vehicle should be offered.
