My driverside floor matt had oily foot prints. Big oil smudge like they hit the front bumper with something. Sales guy that helped me when I bought the car. Took it to the back to clean smudge and make sure it wasn't scratched. Floor matt is still dirty will have to clean.

Julie was quick to assist me the morning that I brought my vehicle. She was warm, friendly and professional. She recommended that I can do a fuel test on my vehicle and it turned out that I needed new fuel injectors and that service was provided quickly. She communicated with me throughout the day, giving me updates on the status of my vehicle. When my car was ready for pick up, I got my keys and checked out in minutes. I came at 7am to get my oil change fixed and did not have an appt because it was booked out for months. Someone let me know that it was only going to take about an hour and half but it ended up taking 3 1/2 hours. It took SOOO long for a simple oil change but I needed it since I was at 5% and couldn’t wait another month for an appt.
