We brought the vehicle in for just an oil change, which you did do, but why did it take 4hrs even with an appointment? Your mechanics left oil stains in front of the vehicle, but also on the arm rest handles inside the vehicle! We had to clean them off. Who's in charge of quality control? Or is there such a thing there? Kind of disappointed, you asked us how we felt about the service, and it's not that we want anything were just kinda disappointed, ow by the way, l work part time for a great and honest mechanic! So what other issues do we have with our vehicle? Please let us know!

Was very pleased with Anthony today. He helped me out a lot and answering questions. Yesterday however, when I dropped it off, not very happy first of all when I drove up the kids are all standing there on their phones, not helping anybody and the ones asked me what I needed and I told him I came to drop it off in the evening hit me a paper and says you can fill this out. I don’t know I’m old-school I think They can help not just stand on their phones. Then when I went to talk to an advisor about a problem or get some answers my husband wasn’t too pleased with his answer and said that’s a bunch of **** and he said OK I’m done with you and walked away . We did talk to two other advisers very nice and they try to help us out but we weren’t quite understanding. Did try to call Christine Ortega last night. She was already gone so I left my phone number my name never heard back from her.

Today I took my vehicle in to be serviced and for an oil change. The service tech was advised that my vehicle was having an issue possibly with the battery. When I picked up my vehicle, and looked over the service report, it stated the battery was in good condition and had a green check mark. After leaving the dealership, my vehicle started making clicking sounds and then turned off and would no longer turn on. I took my battery to get tested which revealed it was a bad battery. It doesn’t feel fair to be given false information for a service that I paid for. My car sat at the dealership for 3 hours and for me to be told that everything is good when it in reality isn’t is unacceptable.
