I was checked in waited for about 30 min to get any technician to help me out. I watched as the person in front, back, and to the side of me get help and I was the last one in the lane. I had to get off to get anyone to come help me. The guy I asked for helped seemed to not be interested in helping me. Did not get an apology from anyone for the wait. When it was time to pick up my car I didn’t even know who to go to, to get my car. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a young female that these guys can just ignore and not acknowledge but it was aggravating.
