Horrible experience..
So I took my car for service at 8am was my appointment so they told it will be ready at 1 pm so I left so I called at 1 to ask if the car was ready but they couldn’t have answer because they couldn’t get in contact with Steve so I went to get my line at 2 pm so went I get there I ask for it and Steve said it will take 15 minutes more i was ok so I wait an hour passed and still nothing so I asked again and he said oh 15 more minutes I was ok you told me that an hour ago so what happened he didn’t said anything just it be ready ,,
So finally after 5pm I was able to get my car.
Horrible service never again will bring my car to this dealership

Got car back from someone else. Prices not explained. Got spammed with texts after to look for photos and videos regarding unspecified ‚issues‘. If there is an issue with my car I’d expect you address it when I pick it up. Frankly… didn’t like the experience at all.

I was not expecting to pay an inspection fee for the issues with my car related to the A/C compressor and condenser. Only to find out I have to pay for the inspection of the evaporator. I was also told thru another representative that as long as the inspection includes what the problems are included with the warranty, I shouldn’t have to pay anything

Very disappointed.
Promised to take care of car service needs if we could do business.
Purchased our leased car but only got a free oil change. Then after 3 days gets a notice from service that some other items was needed to be done.
Why do you treat old people like that. That is simply cheating.

Seems like the mechanics and service representative’s keep getting lazier and lazier as time goes by. I have a 2018 Honda pilot and I always bring it to Norm Reeves Honda for service because I’d like to think they know my car and care about my car more than any other mechanic shop. However, we had an oil change / rotate tires / replace transmission fluid / brake fluid exchange / cabin filter and engine filter done yesterday. I drove to Lynwood and my car started leaking oil and all these light started to lit up in my dashboard and the messages said; 1. WARNING.
Brake Fluid Low 2. Vehicle Stability Assist
(VSA) Problem 3. Hill Start Assist Problem 4. Trailer Stability Assist
Problem 5. Vehicle Stability Assist
(VSA) Problem 6. Power Steering System
(EPS) Problem. My car has never given me any issues. I had a trip scheduled for Vegas the next day was supposed to leave at 5 am and I had to delay the trip because they didn’t open until 7 am. Went back to take my car saw the same service rep that helped me the day before his name is Jonathan Romero and he said “we’ll check it out right away and have it ready in 1 hour”, it is now 9:38 am and he has not called me at all.
