I'm a single father and I completely rely on my car to make my 120 mile commute a day, 6 days a week. My transmission blew in my car and I had it towed to the shop for diag and a transmission r&r. It was money I didn't have and the total invoice I believe was close to $5k. During the time the shop had my vehicle I had to wake up at 2am just to make my commute to my job and be punctual for 2 weeks while they had my vehicle in the shop.It cost me $3500 just to get my vehicle out of the shop just for the repair to not be done right. The transmission was knocking, and was tugging. The transmission was not sealed correctly and leaked all over my driveway.i informed the service writer and they didnt have a loaner vehicle and i had to keep working because im a single dad And they knew i was still driving around in a messed up car til they could provide a loaner. I took the vehicle back to the shop to fix the issue that should have been fixed when I spent money I didn't have. I received a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop again. During this time I was NOT regularly updated on the repairs or when I will be receiving my vehicle back. Overall the experience and service was terrible. I work with heavy duty truck dealership and I know I was already overcharged for the transmission job. I believe I was billed 11 hrs labor and if I can personally swap a transmission on a peterbilt that weighs 700lbs in 6hrs i know it shouldn't take the tech that long. I love honda i love the brand I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Honda. This was just my personal experience.

ON 02/06/2023 I HAD MY CAR FOR MAINTENANCE THATS INCLUDED TIRE ROTATION.THEN I HAD MY CAR FOR MAINTENANCE ON 07/17/2023 THATS INCLUDED TIRE ROTATION AGAIN.WHEN THE TECHNICIAN TRIED TO TAKE OUT MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE,ONE OF MY LUG NUT HAS A CROSS THREAD.YOUR SERVICE ADVISER TOLD ME TO BRING IT TO A PLACE WHERE I TOOK IT FOR LAST SERVICE WHERE IN FACT ITS YOUR TECHNICIAN ON 02/06/2023 WHO BROKE IT.NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO FIX IT.IM TRYING TO SURVIVE AND TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET.PUTTING FOOD ON THE TABLE FOR MY FAMILY.THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

Simple oil change, air filters and tire rotation should NEVER take 3 hours, but it did. Definitely going to look for another maintenance facitity.
