This is the third time I get service here the first time they were rude the second one since it was a complementary service they were nice and here we are again.
The first guy was rude I refused other services and he seemed to be bothered by that, then. Told him about the coupon online He seemed like he didn’t know what I was talking about so I pulled out my phone to search and showed him and he said oh I don’t need to see it if it’s ok the website” what!!!? Why would you make me look it up first of all.
Then he said I will let the next person know.
When my car was ready Judy I believe was not informed by guy anything about the coupon, then I go to tell her it’s on your website then I go to show her and she said the same thing “oh I don’t need to see it I can just change it” then why act like they are not aware of little things like this?
If Honda doesn’t want these coupons to be used please don’t put them on the website it makes us look like idiots when ww the customers ask for them.
I’m disappointed once again, but not surprised at all. Please train/ communicate with employees on sales and promotions going on, it makes things go a lot easier.
