I tried calling at noon, the estimated completion time to get an update. I also left a 2nd message later. I did not receive a return phone call. I finally called at 4:00pm and the operator, after a 10 minute hold, said that Mr Vargas was not there. She spoke to the technician who indicated the car was just completed. A little communication with me would have been appreciated.
