I do know that it was very busy this morning but it took about 15 minutes for someone to come help me. When I make an appointment, I expect to be helped at that time. Others who came in behind me were helped before me. It would be nice for the flaws in this part of the system to be addressed. Additionally, it would be nice if the shuttle-home service were brought back. I know it was difficult during Covid, but we’re past that now. Thank you!

I had an appointment at 12:40 and was told I'd be out of there by 2:30 to 3:00 I left at 4:30 I watched with my eyes the 2 guys working on one tire and they took their sweet time laughing and having a good ol time I was really frustrated. I was told they are very busy but it seems like they weren't.
