Was satisfied with the service done to my vehicle today and my service provider Manny was very helpful. The only small negative is when I got in my car I noticed it smelled like oil and my door panel was dirty. Just a suggestion maybe you guys should consider covering the vehicles with plastic inside to help prevent that.

This was the worst customer service experience ever in my 4+ years coming to you exclusively. Bryan said when I dropped off my keys “we should the car ready by 1:30 for pick up”. No one had even looked at my car so that seemed an over promise. I responded “don’t worry about that. Take your time, we cannot come until 5:30 pm anyway. Please just text me updates about my vehicle since I see back to back clients today and cannot make phone calls.” By noon, I hadn’t heard a peep, so I called and asked to speak to Bryan. No one could connect me, so I left a message that I was calling about the status of my car. No one had any information. I then received a message addressed to another client “Kala, your car is in great hands. We will let you know when you can pick up.” I was very confused. My name is not Kala but more importantly, I had not received a diagnosis or authorized any work. I called back again and was told Bryan is unavailable. My husband called and again no one could put Bryan on the phone or give us any updates about the vehicle. Finally around 3 o’clock in the afternoon I received a garbled text that was clearly the technicians notes copy and paste it into a text message. No one took the time to translate it to English. A simple note of “unfortunately the technicians have been unable to diagnose the problem and they need to keep the car longer. Sorry for the inconvenience” would have made me feel like I was receiving customer service. I was only able to get Bryan on the phone after calling another time and requesting to speak to the manager and leaving a message. The manager never called me back, but only at that point did Bryan call me back. A client does not want to be told that their car will be ready at a certain time when no one has even popped the hood yet. Better customer service would have simply been to say “I will text you as soon as I have an update about your vehicle. By noon, if I haven’t heard anything, I will text you and let you know they are still working on the car.“ If that was conveyed to me, Bryan would have only had to text me one time at noon to say that my car was still being Diagnosed. I would have been completely satisfied with that customer service, because the service agent would have followed through with what he said he was going to do. It doesn’t take a lot to offer. Good quality customer service. I am so disappointed. I am considering taking my car elsewhere next time..

I brought my toddler with me and was reassured that it would take less than an hour by advisor Ruben. I went to the mall and came back one hour and half and my vehicle was still not finished. The duration of my vehicle servicing took over 3 hours and I was never given an update. In the end I had to go and search for my advisor who finally pulled me vehicle. Everything I come here, I am met with the same issues.
