Mr Bryan wasn’t at all courteous… he seem to be out to make sales and if no sale above initial transaction was sold by him as a consumer got a feeling of not worthy to go above and beyond customer service. I was not given a time frame of wait while express oil change took place. I had an appointment and arrived at 730A. And oil change took 2 hours. When I asked Bryan for an update without a hesitant said 30-40 mins more (it was already 9A when I asked him). Bryan then said to go back to waiting lobby that he would text me when my car was ready. Then when I did get a message that car was ready at 941A again I arrived at 730A for 8A appointment. When I am infront of Bryan there was no apologies as to why it took so long not a thank you for my business. I won’t be letting Bryan Salas help me. I have been to your location for oil change many times n this has been the worst experience
