Thanh is absolutely amazing. I had asked for any rep when I first got there so glad I was connected with him again when I showed the first rep my previous repair order. Very knowledgeable and honest when it came to the repairs. I look forward to bringing in the car for the next service.

My maintenance service report does not show the service I received yesterday and it is really hard to talk and get update from Jonathan the service manager. I called 3 times but could not reach him even though....He asked me to give him a call today around 11 am for the update report and wrong email adress which listed on my account. He tried to fix my unfinished driver side window rotator right away when I revisted your ervice center yester right after I picked up my car. However,the delay of the service that he is providing to me just increasing my unsatisfactory and increase suspicious thought. I mostly receiving the maintenance report after my service with all the update ( which are the services that I received in my recent visit), but this time I received the report without update only with the inspection result ( accoding to him...but I received report with update till last visit in 2022). I am always advised my friends and significant others to visit Honda Cerritos for maintenance services when they ask for my suggestion. But this time experience would make me to hesitate to do so. Chaning break pad is very important and closely relate with safety of driver and passenger so i believe all customers has right to get updated report instead of just paying for whatever the service the service center charging to them. I am just asking for correct information about service that I paid for ( and I received them till 2022 from the service managers). It is really inconvenient and hard for me to understand why it is so difficult to happen at this time of visit to your service center.
