I had made an appointment to get a second key for my daughters vehicle and was told it would take an hour. When we arrived for the appointment we were told no it would take 3 hours because they were busy. Had I know that I would’ve made the appointment for a different time as my daughter had work at 1pm when the appointment was for 10:20am. I ended up taking her and then using an Uber, costing me extra money.
