Steve Mendoza did a wonderful Job he answered all my questions and was very patient. He keep me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. He also let me know when he found the part that they needed and when my car was completed and ready for pick up. He did a fabulous job and I didn’t have to worry about anything being that I was at a funeral today. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Thank you so much Steve .

I would like to give Trevor ??????????! He did an amazing job with explaining all the services that needed to be done , he educated me on my car and other services and overall was pleasant and honest and was patient with me and all my questions ! He went above and beyond with his customer service !!!!! I can down from El segundo because Cerritos has always had the best customer service and I am willing to drive down here as long as I get service from an advisor like Trevor !
