I was there since 830 am for a 0900 and went home until 1740 appointment to check on am issue with my rear passenger door. Called for an update twice after 3 hours an and 5 hours with no luck. Just kept telling we will contact your service person and never call me back until I went back and ask. After all of that I was a loose unplug cable and was change 160?00 just to tell me that's Very disappointing with Honda Services.

Waisting of time. I had an appointment made by Honda that called me in for oil change. I agred, and it took almost 3 hours to do the job. Jiffy next to the place where I live regularly does it in 20 minutes.
