It took days to contact my advisor, the associate answering the phone said my advisor not answering, she would send him a message and that he had not updated the system.

Joseph Vargas was perfect. What I was totally perplexed with was not having my $4400 dollars that the financial agent talked me into didn’t cover a 4 month old tire that had a small, thin nail ( and I’ve worked in construction for half my life). I was told that this tiny nail that was in the tread, not the side wall. Could not be patched because of some BS sounding reason. And that I needed to spend $250 plus on a brand new tire. Never even noticing the brand new tire I had on the $600 plus tire and rim that I had in the back seat, until I finally thought to have the two tires switched(saving me $250 plus). It just seems like no one there thinks about how to help the customer(who paid $44000 cash) and is just there to upsale anyway they can. Sad, because in my business my main goal is to make my customers satisfied by saving them a boatload of money. That used to be the norm back in my grandfather’s time(who helped raise me). I will always prefer a heartfelt thank you and break even than what I feel happened to me this time around. I say this because my last service experience was awesome. Not one single complaint. They patched my tire, changed my oil, and made my CRV Hybird purr like brand new. Until I got another mail in my tire again in just one month. But because my tires were rotated, it wasn’t the same tire because it was the same location, the passenger front tire. This time I was told I had no choice. $250 plus to put a new tire on it. I tried to leave a message to just switch tires with my brand new spare( because for no good reason you guys don’t provide any kind of spare, not even a donut), so I went and paid over $500 dollars for an exact match tire and rim for my spare in the back seat. Whatever, I guess one out of two, so far ain’t too terribly bad. The balls in your court to see how you do on my next visit. I hope you don’t choke!!! Other than that you guy’s pretty much rock!!!
