Workers didn't know what they were doing. They didn't call me to notify me when my car was actually done. I didn't get a text from them until 20 mim after I had picked up my car. When I went to get my car they couldn't find my car keys and noticed it was already inside the car for who knows how long. Plus my car was on and running. When I asked the workers about it they are were oblivious and were not helpful. Very disappointed.

My visit, for my Honda services a was horrible, i never think theses going to be like that, they take to long doing services, and then, Rigth after services, the tires pressure light was there, 2 times after a live the dealer, that happen’s when I was in home, so I go back to Cerritos… these time was all day doing that…. So is not nice, I Never spect that happens to me… sorry but a was so BAD… bad service…
