The service was timely.Bryan Salas took good care of us but I was disappointed that I had to bring the car back right away.I had not gone far when the alert read "low tire pressure"! The attendant at the check-in line tried to JUST RESET the alert on the panel but I insisted to see Bryan again. Bryan came and took my paperwork to the technician "Fernando" who took my car to the back to check. Fernando was also nice he prioritized my issue and took care of it right away.

Called at 1:03pm, 1:43pm, 2:24pm to reach Bryan Ortiz. The staff who answered the call tried to reach him 3 times with no success. They said the will send him a message to reach out to me. He never did. I showed up at the dealership 2:40pm, Bryan Ortiz said car is not ready, will be ready in 1 hour. He called me at 4:16pm to say car was finally ready for pickup. Since dropping car off since 9:25am. Poor communication. Service taking too long. Will not buy another Honda vehicle in the future. Very disappointed

The multipoint vehicle inspection checklist that was provided shows that my car needs alignment and steering wheel straight yet I had that done about 1-4 months ago I don’t know the exact date. So is that telling me you guys did not do the alignment but still charged me for it ? Also the battery test results said my battery was in the green yet the next day my battery died and had to purchase a new one. So does that mean you guys do not actually run the tests you guys say you do because when I have a new battery you guys tell me it doesn’t work even though it’s new and when it’s old you guys say it’s good. Also you guys are the only ones that touch my car and I have loose things under the hood that clear had some type of fastener that would hold it down and now they do not.

I arrived 10 mins early from my original appt time. Upon arrival I was asked if I have appt then they asked me to move forward, then I waited inside my car as usual, but It’s 5mins passed ny original appt time. Meaning I’ve been waiting inside my car for 15mins. Usually, if I pulled over someone will assist & checked me in right away. But this time I have to get off my car, asked the person on the aisle (right side outside) why no one was assisting me. Then this person called someone to assist me right away. A lady came & she is cold as frozen yogurt. Seemed no energy. I am not pleased with the customer service, very basic. It just feels different from before.
