I felt Oscar was condescending from the moment I got to the dealership. He made me feel like I was dumb for not getting the oil changes at Honda because the price is nearly the same as other places. So I requested an oil change on top of what I was originally there for, originally I came to the dealership because my 2018 Civic LX hatch AC isn’t working properly, and was stressed to discover that these repairs would be my responsibility to cover, I couldn’t help but feel disappointment that for a newer car, I never expected these issues so early on. I was confused by how much everything would cost, I believe he told me the Evaporator needed to be replaced There wasn’t any communication from Oscar while we were out, until we came back at 4:00pm to check the status of the vehicle, and Oscar told me they didn’t get the oil changed, but they did inspect certain parts of the AC. I was upset how nonchalant Oscar telling me the oil change hadn’t been done without any sort of explanation. When I got inside my car it was very hot, which makes me believe it was sitting outside unattended because when I got inside, it was very hot. I don’t know where to go direction wise with these AC issues. But I hope for a resolution

The guy Steve mendoza was rude wasn't nice. Still tried charging me for an oil change even when I told him I had 2 Curtisey oil on my plan. Also told him how long would be the wait he said 2 hours I was there for about 5 hours. When I came back to get my car I didn't get any call or text message just not happy with service. My ac was full blast when I walked into my car just the whole thing was not pleasant.

I don't even know where to begin. I was in you dealership on July 26 checked my Honda pilot on July 26. Trevor told me to drive the car for 500 miles then to bring it back. I left him a message on Monday to make a appointment never got a call back. I decided then to take the Honda Pilot to West Covina Honda. When I arrived Kirk the service advisor checked in my car asked me if my car was still under warranty I said yes. He then proceeded to pull up my information and in the system it states the extended warranty is still under the previous owner. Kirk then spoke to his service manager who then contacted Honda of Cerritos after they spoke Kirk informed me he couldn't service my car because the warranty was still under the previous owner. I then contacted Cerritos Honda and asked to speak to the service manager. I was sent to his voicemail. I then drove my car this morning to Cerritos Honda Cristina checked in my car I then spoke to Kevin he said he would send a email to get my name corrected on the warranty. I copied and pasted the conversation below nobody seems to have a answer everyone seems to just not pass the problem on to someone else with no resolution. I would appreciate a call so in the future I can take it to the dealership closest to me without any further problems. Thank you Araceli E

I get that it’s could be a two hour wait but the sales representative should guide you to the car , I couldn’t find my car and I had to find my sales rep Bryan Salas and for him to say who took my car shouldn’t be that company’s responsibility? They should know who took the car and I didn’t even know who was the who took my car in the back after 20 min I finally went to Byran who ended up going with me to find my key and the car irresponsible
