Everything was provided by Steve and I have nothing but great comments on him. However, the parts that he has ordered 2 months ago has not arrived yet. He hasn't received any updates on it and that's not acceptable. I do a lot of traveling with my kids and the sun cover that goes up on the side door is much needed. Being that it was not functioning ever since I bought the vehicle and to this day is non operable is unsatisfactory. Hope it gets the attention needed and meets the Honda's excellent service history.

Julie would benefit from showing a bit of patience and not coming off so stand-off-ish. When I arrived to the service department she proceeded to blame myself and the tint shop for the damage that was caused to my passenger side window. She never apologized once the diagnosis was made that a factory defect caused the damage. I’ll be sure to ask for a different advisor whenever I need to come in for service in the future.

My complements to every Honda of Cerritos employee I encountered. I lost, or misplaced, the remote key that allows starting the engine, unlocks doors, the rear cargo hatch etc. for our 2019 Honda CRV AWD. The CRV is primarily driven by my Spouse, so I borrowed said key along with a warning not to lose it. The Parts employees determined the replacement parts were in stock; fortune ended up smiling on me by dealing with Service Advisor Bryan Salas. The CRV work was completed, and the cut one new key and FOB was completed within the estimated time promised. Bryan handled payment, and went over the invoice in detail, and answered all my questions. He knows what customer service is about. The Honda was parked in the paid, ready to take home lane, but was blocked by several other vehicles. Your incoming / outgoing vehicle service employee moved the single car behind me, and asked I back up, and how to exit. Our address is in La Habra, CA and be assured NR Honda Superstore will see more business from us in the future.
